Wild Willful Heart by W. Boone Hedgepeth

When a person writes his/her own autobiographical then that person is sharing part of themselves to everyone. That itself should be admired and respected.

With an outstanding author voice Mr. Hedgepeth takes the reader on a very unusual journey from young age to more or less present. His writing skills are superb and for every page you want to read more, in other words this story is a true page turner.

The main focus in this story is the authors religious or spiritual belief, how he questions himself and others throughout his life and his faith - the religions he follows through miracle or incidents (you the reader be the judge). With focus on part of his heritage on Native American, he sets out on a vision quest several times and his experiences are extraordinary and very interesting, proving that many questions people seek answers to aren’t always found in a “smart-phone…or idiot-phone.”

When you read his story it’s as if you are walking by the author’s side and that makes this story very interesting because some events through out the book; you’ll probably recognize and see yourself having faced throughout your own life. Perhaps you ignored them or were frightened from them, or you might even have taken them in.

Anyone can read this story and I believe it’s worth seven stars. Read it with an open mind, and if you’re a judgmental person then you don’t qualify or have earned the right to read this story.
