The mermaid's adventure in the Baltic sea: Save the seas - Must Read

Translation of my children's book "The mermaid's adventure in the Baltic sea" which is about the environmental issues.

Story

Save the ocean with Mermaid Athiraa

In this children's book you will be invited to join the mermaid on a magical quest! When she meets animals in distress, such as a baby seal and porpoise all tangled up in ghost nets and plastic, she realizes that the sea needs all of our help! 

The mission of the book is to:

·         Spread magic to children worldwide

·         Spread awareness of the ocean and the      environmental issues

·         Empower children with a strong female main character

·         Educate about the Baltic sea

The book takes place in the Baltic sea, where Mermaid Athiraa is out doing her daily chores when she suddenly hears a cry through the ocean. She finds several animals in distress such as a baby porpoise and seal, tangled up in ghost nets and plastic. Together they embark on their new quest: to save the ocean!

This story is not only magical but also educational, in the final pages of the book you will learn about the sea animals, the environmental issues and what you can do to help! 

Linda Ågren is a teacher as well as the professional Mermaid Athiraa who performs at children's parties, events, aquarium shows and charities. She is an advocate for the wellbeing of the ocean and everything in it.

Now she will release a children's book about her mermaid character and the environmental issues, so the children can learn about it in a light-hearted and magical way!
